The GAHBA One Year Warrany Program
Your new home or project built by Harmony Residential Properties is covered under a One-Year Warranty through a partnership between Harmony Residential Properties and the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder's Association.
Protecting Your Investment
Harmony Residential Properties consistently strives to protect your home investment by building homes and projects with quality workmanship and materials. To further protect your investment and offer peace of mind, Harmony Residential is proud to warrant our work for one year from the project date of completion against all defects in labor and materials, with the exception of normal wear and tear.
Emergency Warranty Service
Harmony Residential provides a comprehensive warranty program through the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder’s Association One Year Warranty Program. During the one-year warranty period from project completion, if emergency warranty issues occur with any of the major systems in your home, such as plumbing, electrical, mechanical, heating, air conditioning or potential safety concerns, please notify the appropriate contractor immediately of your Emergency Repair Request. Please notify our office the following business day so that we may follow up on the Emergency Repair.
Eleventh-Month Warranty Service
All non-emergency warranty requests covered in the Homeowner Warranty Handbook should be submitted in writing, in one-time Eleventh-Month Warranty Request, by the end of the eleventh month following the completion date of your project. At that time, Harmony Residential Properties is responsible for resolving remaining warranty items in your home.
Aside from the One Year Warranty Program, many of the systems and materials in your new home are covered under manufacturer’s warranties. Harmony Residential will pass along the warranty registration information on each of these systems at the Homeowner Orientation Walk prior to closing. It is important that you complete the registration process for each of these systems in a timely manner following the close of your home in order to activate the manufacturer’s warranties. If you have any questions on any of the manufacturer’s warranties, please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you.
